RETURNING TO WHAT IS REAL.

Where wellness meets
living lineage.

Inner Compass brings cultural depth back into modern wellness—uniting living teachers, contemporary voices and shared experience around the creation of a sacred sand mandala.

LISBON · BERLIN · BALI · KYOTO

THE NEED

Wellness never existed
separate from lineage.

The further wellness is separated from its source, the more confusion spreads.

Inner Compass returns wellness to coherence—reuniting practice with living teachers, cultural context and the systems of meaning that give it depth. The sacred sand mandala makes that return visible: a shared encounter with attention, interdependence and Buddhist wisdom.

A LIVING PRACTICE

Grain by grain,
coherence takes form.

MADE TOGETHER · WITNESSED TOGETHER

TWO FORMATS · ONE LIVING JOURNEY

Open to a city.
Deepened in retreat.

Events and retreats are distinct experiences connected by one recognizable arc: a mandala is consecrated, constructed, contemplated and dissolved.

01 · CITY EVENTS

Public, cultural and expansive.

Seven-day activations welcome a broad audience through mandala construction, yoga, lectures, speakers, music, art and evening performance.

02 · RETREATS

Intimate, immersive and restorative.

Seven-day destination gatherings let a smaller group live beside the full process through practice, silence, teaching, story and integration.

THE CONNECTION

The event opens the door. The retreat creates depth.

People can enter through either format. Together they form a continuing relationship with teachers, community, place and practice.

THE CONVERSATION WE ARE BUILDING

Voices for a more
connected human future.

Inner Compass brings personal experience, science, culture and consciousness into the same room—through speakers who can move between ideas and lived human truth.

The relationship between the inner body, the living world and regenerative health.

EXPERIENCE 01 · CITY EVENTS

A city gathers
around the making.

A public seven-day cultural program in Lisbon, Berlin and Bali. Daytime practice and mandala construction lead into evening conversations, music, art and performance.

ART · CULTURE · CONSCIOUSNESS

One city.
Many ways to gather.

THE SIGNATURE FORMAT

Globally understood.
Impossible to fake.

The mandala is culturally significant, visually compelling and innately respected. Its construction makes attention, interdependence and impermanence visible as a shared human experience—without reducing the tradition to branding.

THE SEVEN-DAY RETREAT

A week shaped by
attention, rest and relationship.

A small group lives and practices together in a beautiful natural setting. Each day balances guided yoga, meditation and breathwork with teaching, shared meals, unstructured time, nature and direct access to the mandala as it takes form.

The week opens with welcome and intention, then closes with the mandala’s dissolution and time to integrate what has changed.
